Payment Terms

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. We retain the right to:

• Display work in our portfolio (with client permission)
• Retain ownership of proprietary tools and methodologies

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or be error-free. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

• You remain responsible for payment of work completed
• We will deliver work completed to date
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
